Holds Doctor of Philosophy degree in Applied Linguistics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece), which was preceded by MA and BA in Philology from Kyiv National Linguistic University, Ukraine. 
As a scientist she is interested in modern linguistic studies including Discourse Analysis and Forensic Linguistics, takes part in conferences internationally, has published some scientific work in journals and volumes (including Cambridge) and is a peer reviewer of International Journal of Applied Linguistics and Translation. 
With almost 20 years of teaching experience, Dr Anna Iegorova has been teaching General English, Business English and English for Specific Purposes in a number of well-respected companies in Ukraine, as well asa number of specialized courses in English Philology as an Associate Professor at National Transport University, Kyiv, Ukraine. 
Her solid education, extended teaching experience, expertise in English and dedication to her work make her a high-level professional.

Our Advisor on teaching methods and programmes development is Dr Georgios S. Ypsilandis, a distinguished professor of FLT Methods with the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Ypsilandis’ international experience includes presentations in conferences across Europe and the US, invited talks in Poland, Germany, Spain, Albania, Italy, Austria, Slovakia, and guest professorships in Germany and Saudi Arabia, where he also served as a research scholar/coordinator. Notably, he served as the Director of postgraduate studies and founded the MA course on Language Education and Technology which attracted numerous students from different faculties. His courses at both BA and MA levels cover technology in language learning, second language acquisition theories, foreign language teaching methods, and intercultural communication. Throughout his career, Ypsilantis has been dedicated to advancing language education through innovative approaches and academic leadership, earning recognition for his excellence in both teaching and research. One of his latest proposals is titled Socratic Collaborative Flipped Teaching which is being tested in practice. With his extensive experience in Teacher Training and Consulting at Oxford University Press - he is an invaluable asset to our language teaching school.

Dunya Ahmadova is a skilled English language instructor. She holds a Master’s degree in Education Management from ADA University and a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English Language and Literature from the Azerbaijan University of Languages.  
With over six years of experience, she has taught a wide range of local and foreign learners, from students to corporate professionals. She specializes in Business English training, helping professionals improve communication skills for international workplaces.
She has also developed IELTS and TOEFL curricula, trained over a hundred of language instructors across Azerbaijan, and developed new teaching methodologies and lesson plans.  
Dunya’s teaching approach focuses on practical language use, combining innovative methods to ensure effective and interactive learning.
She holds TESOL and TKT certification and has completed specialized training in educational leadership.
She is dedicated to equipping learners with the skills needed for success in global business environments.

Ms. Naila Rzayeva is a highly experienced Business English instructor with a strong foundation in both linguistics and corporate operations. She holds a degree in Linguistics from Khazar University’s Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and has over a decade of experience in administrative roles within international companies, giving her firsthand insight into business communication and workplace dynamics.
With a deep understanding of business practices, cross-cultural communication, and professional etiquette, Naila delivers Business English trainings for corporate clients, with a focus on practical language use, ensuring that learners develop fluency and confidence in workplace scenarios.
Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian, Naila adapts her teaching strategies to meet the needs of professionals across various industries. Her interactive, results-driven training sessions help participants enhance their communication skills, boost productivity, and excel in international business settings.

Fatima Hasanova is a dedicated English language instructor with extensive experience in IELTS preparation, General English, and young learner education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Teaching from the Azerbaijan University of Languages and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Educational Management at ADA University.  
With over six years of teaching experience, Fatima has worked as an IELTS instructor, mainstream teacher, co-teacher, and private tutor. She specializes in exam preparation, curriculum development, and personalized language instruction. She holds a TKT certification and has completed specialized training in psychology and teaching speaking.  
Fatima’s teaching approach focuses on interactive and structured learning and academic strategies to enhance student engagement.
Fluent in Russian and English, with intermediate proficiency in Azerbaijani, she effectively communicates with diverse learners. Her mission is to empower students with strong language skills, helping them achieve their academic and professional goals.

Ramziya Ilyas is an experienced and dedicated English language instructor with a strong academic background and extensive teaching expertise in General English, Business English, and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). She holds a Master’s degree in English Philology from Qafqaz University and a Bachelor’s degree from the Azerbaijan University of Languages. Additionally, she has earned multiple internationally recognized teaching certifications, including CELTA, DELTA Module 1, TESOL/TEFL, and Train the Trainer from Cambridge Assessment English.  With over a decade of teaching experience, Ramziya has worked with a diverse range of learners, from primary and college students to corporate professionals. She has held teaching positions at prestigious institutions such as the Baku French Lyceum and the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ). Her expertise extends to preparing students for international exams like IELTS and PET, as well as teaching EAP (English for Academic Purposes) and ESP tailored to specific industries.  
Ramziya has collaborated with leading international and local companies, designing customized Business English programs to meet industry-specific communication needs. Her teaching methodology focuses on interactive and practical language use, enabling learners to develop fluency and confidence in real-world business scenarios.  
Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Turkish, and Russian, with a working knowledge of French, she is adept at creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Her goal is to empower professionals with the language skills they need to succeed in today’s globalized business world.

Vafa Mursalova is a qualified English language teacher with more than ten years of experience and passion for teaching students. She has a track record of success in delivering the highest standard of teaching the language, both in the classroom and online. Holder of honor Diploma for Master’s degree from Baku Slavic University, and Bachelor’s degree from Azerbaijan University of Languages in linguistics and translation. She is currently a full-time English teacher at Baku Slavic University. Possesses TESOL and IELTS certifications, demonstrating a commitment to professional development. Actively engaged in continuous learning through participation in numerous trainings and international conferences. She has developed strong relationships with students and is passionate about motivating them to reach their full potential. Aside from teaching experience, she has strong organizational and communication skills. She is comfortable working with diverse student populations and is adept at using a variety of teaching techniques.

Zulfiyye Bayramzade is a certified English instructor with a bachelor degree in Linguistics from Baku Engeenering University.
She also holds multiple certifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), 600 Hours English Traning (Qafqaz University) and Critical Thinking Through Teaching English Traning. She has been working as an English instructor since 2021. Extremely motivated to improve her skills and working with students. Confident in her ability to teach and finding new methods in teaching that aspire students in learning process.
